- Two Da Vinci Xi Surgical System machines are now in use at Barts Health NHS Trust. Purchased with a £5million grant from Barts Charity the aim is to use the Da Vinci robot on 500 patients across each year by 2020 across six specialities – Gynae-oncology, urology, colorectal, hepatobiliary, transplant and head and neck surgery.
